Personal information contained in a business card (business card data subject’s name, company and department to which the data subject belongs, his/her position and title, the address, email address, phone number, and fax number of his/her workplace, his/her mobile phone number and social media account, link to his/her employment history, and all or part of other information contained in a business card)

To provide the Business Card Management System Sansan to Sansan users (usually, companies with which business card data subjects do business). By accurately digitizing information contained in a business card and keeping the data accurate and updated, this System ensures that Sansan users can respond to the exercise of various rights by the business card data subject, such as a disclosure request. In addition, by the centralized management of business card information for Sansan users, this System can reduce the risk of users losing business cards, or business cards being taken out by users and other people for unauthorized use.

This System uses manual and automated techniques to perform text processing of business card information registered by Sansan users, and stores the information so that Sansan users can access it. Sansan, Inc. will not use such information for the purpose of its own marketing or other activities.

For the above handling procedure, Sansan, Inc. provides personal information only to the following third parties.

〇 The data center operator contracted by Sansan, Inc. (data center entrusted by Sansan, Inc.). Sansan, Inc. will provide information regarding the data center operator without delay upon request.

〇 The contractors entrusted with digitization of business card information. Sansan, Inc. will provide information regarding the contractors without delay upon request.

Upon registration of business card information by Sansan users through the means of business card registration provided by Sansan, Inc., data will be transferred to the Business Card Management System via the Internet.
