In response to requests from our users, we have increased the number of languages Sansan can handle.
Please see below to see how to choose language for input.

When taking pictures of business cards from your smartphone

1Take a picture of the side you would like to have input.

Please take a picture of the side you would like to have input.

If you would like to take a picture of both sides, the side you would like to have input should be “Front”.

2From the registration screen, choose the language of the side of the card you chose in (1).

If the side of the card to be transcribed has multiple languages on it, please still choose only one language.

When using Sansan Scanner

1Place the side of the card you would like to have input facing upwards in the scanner.

2From (4) of the touchpanel, choose the language of transcription for this card.

If the side of the card to be transcribed has multiple languages on it, please still choose only one language.
